This entire group must be eliminated very quickly, after the first shot they will notice us and will storm us. Or you can shoot unnoticed when a plane flies by, and the enemies will not hear the shot, but it will take much longer.
From the tower you can kill the next group - three soldiers at the coast, near another tower. At the top of the tower is an eagle statue (1/3), they must be destroyed to unlock the content.
We can also look at the distant plan ahead, there is a wooden observation tower. You can try to make a "long-range shot", for this we go to the prone position (hold C, moving away from the edge), hold our breath, point the appeared red crosshair at the enemy, and shoot.

First of all, we make our way to the right side of the location in order to have time to eliminate the radio operator. We get to wooden house, from it through the rocks a path leads to the radio tower.
In the center of the city we are looking for the headquarters of the partisans - this is a descent into the basement, where the doorway is closed by a box. Climb over the box, there is not a single partisan in the headquarters, we collect weapons, documents and explosives.
When we enter the left side of the location, closer to the church, we will see a battle - the Germans will surround the partisans hiding in the temple. We shoot German soldiers to save the Italians. Behind the building we pass to the cemetery, in the crypt on the right we find a warehouse of weapons of the partisans.
